She worked for various central government & private organizations. Having a vast experience in handling international projects like FTF ITT- Feed the Future (USAID funded), SKILLS- Leveraging Digital India for Rural Empowerment. She is a gold medalist in Post-Graduation and Agribusiness Management (MBA).

Vijay Raj P

Sr Executive - Administration & Outsourcing

Mr Vijay serves in the Department of Administration and Outsourcing. He specializes in vendor management, data analysis, field surveys and project planning. He organizes office events and support to key executives. He has worked for the MoRD Monitoring and Evaluations studies as a Program Coordinator for NLM programs in the states of Karnataka and Andhra Pradesh. He holds a master’s degree in Arts and proficient in Computer Applications.

Also having experience in assisting conference secretariat in planning and coordination of various conference activities and supporting in content research, outreach communications and logistics management.

His expertise includes team management, stakeholder coordination, budget handling, and project coordination. Mr. Pappala has worked across health, water, sanitation, and education sectors, always focused on improving community well-being through practical solutions and strong leadership.

Project Supervisor

Mr. V. Rajinikanth holds a degree in Social Work (MSW) and has more than 12 years of experience in health, sanitation, and community development. He has worked as a Supervisor in the Sanitation and Health Department at GMC, Guntur, and contributed to the Jal Jeevan Mission in the Prathipadu cluster. His career also includes roles as a Community Mobilizer with Finish Society, Asmitha Mahila Mandali, and mentoring youth with Magic Bus NGO.

Ms. N. Talejamma is a B.Ed. graduate with over 8 years of experience in community development. Experienced in Jal Jeevan Mission, organizing training, promoting WASH (Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene) practices, and conducting household surveys. Ms. Talejamma is trained in water management, community mobilization, and resource development, reflecting her commitment to sustainable development.

Mr. L. Ashok Kumar, an MA in Social Work with a specialization in Community Development, has extensive experience in various social sectors. Mr. Ashok Kumar has led teams for the Jal Jeevan Mission and worked with J-PAL South Asia. His expertise spans community mobilization, agricultural support, child rights, and health programs, with a strong track record of national-level participation in camps and Red Cross activities.

Ms. Y. Aruna Kumari is a B.A. graduate with rich experience in community development. She has served as a Bookkeeper for Self-Help Groups (SHGs), managing meetings and records. Experience in leading COVID-19 awareness campaigns and educated the public on hygiene and social distancing. She has also worked as a Social Auditor for SHG credit loans, ensuring transparency by verifying records. As a Social Mobilizer for the Jal Jeevan Mission, she organized community events, including World Water Day, coordinated water testing and promoted hygiene through household visits.
