Driving Community Health and Safe Water Access: My Journey with REEDS
With over 22 years of experience in community health, project management, and team leadership, I have dedicated my career to implementing impactful health, sanitation, water, and education programs across Andhra Pradesh.
I am proud to be associated with REEDS, a not-for-profit organization committed to Sanitation “Hygiene, Safe Drinking Water, Skills Development, Entrepreneurship, Waste Management, Awareness & Education, and Monitoring” Evaluation of rural development programs across 16 states. In Andhra Pradesh, we collaborate with EAII to enhance access to safe drinking water for all.
Ensuring Safe Water Access: Our Role as an Implementation Support Agency
1. Coordinate with stakeholders to implement the chlorination program effectively.
2. Conduct awareness sessions on water safety and chlorination for local communities.
3. Provide training on the use and maintenance of chlorination equipment.
4. Gather feedback to assess program impact and improve effectiveness.
5. Encourage community participation in decision-making and evaluations.
Being part of REEDS allows me to contribute to meaningful change, ensuring rural communities have safe drinking water and bette health outcomes. I remain committed to this mission and will continue striving for sustainable solutions.
