She worked for various central government & private organizations. Having a vast experience in handling international projects like FTF ITT- Feed the Future (USAID funded), SKILLS- Leveraging Digital India for Rural Empowerment. She is a gold medallist in Post-Graduation and Agribusiness Management (MBA).

Kishore Sadula, a Social development expert with over two decades of experience, holds a Postgraduate degree in Sociology, Management, PGDCA, & Commerce. His expertise in Institutional Building, Capacity Building & Training, Microfinance, Livelihoods, Financial Inclusion, SHG Bank linkages, Monitoring & Evaluation, and Project Management. Throughout his career, Kishore has collaborated with various NBFCs, National and State-level Rural Livelihoods Missions, & NGOs, and played a pivotal role in rural development.

Mr Vijay serves in the Department of Administration and Outsourcing. He specializes in vendor management, data analysis, field surveys and project planning. He organizes office events and support to key executives. He has worked for the MoRD Monitoring and Evaluations studies as a Program Coordinator for NLM programs in the states of Karnataka and Andhra Pradesh. He holds a master's degree in Arts and proficient in Computer Applications.

With eight years of experience at REEDS, Naveen is an expert at multitasking, organizing, and handling a variety of office tasks. In addition to managing office equipment and doing secretarial work, he additionally serves as a receptionist and offers invaluable support to teams in their day-to-day operations.
