Nondiscrimination Policy

REEDS Assessing Body does not discriminate against any candidate on the basis of race, color, creed, age, gender, religion, disability, marital status, or source of income. All assessment applicants will be judged solely on the criteria established by the DGE&T.

Confidentiality

It is the policy of the REEDS Assessing Body to maintain customer information confidential and is viewed only for the purpose of determining eligibility, qualifications for certification and for maintaining historical records. Information will not be disclosed without candidate consent, unless as and when necessary to comply with any regulatory or mandatory demand.

Grievance

REEDS Assessing Body has an established procedure to provide for an effective, timely, fair and equitable mechanism to redress the grievance and complaints of the clients and customers to their satisfaction in accordance with the applicable laws.
